How to Register

Follow the steps below to register for Redmond Toddler Group.

1. Print out (or pick up) the 2010-2011 RTG registration form
2. Print out 2 (or pick up) the LWTC registration form and directions for completion.
3. Choose a class from the 2010-11 class schedule (Fees are listed toward the bottom of this page.)
4. Fill-out the registration forms
5. Write a check, payable to Redmond Toddler Group, for the reservation fee of $100. This fee is non-refundable and subject to change.
6. Mail your registration forms, your check and a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Redmond Toddler Group, PO Box 2022, Redmond, WA 98073-2022

You will receive a letter confirming your registration from the registrar. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact the registrar by calling 425-869-5605.

Pay Tuition Online with Paypal Any registration, full year tuition, discount tuition, or special payment options need to be made by cash/check. Regular quarterly tuition can be made online via Paypal, cash or check.

• All fees are subject to change
• *MULTIPLES: RTG offers a discounted co-op fee of $40 for the second child in the same class. You only have to pay the LWTC class fee for adult enrollment. If you are enrolling with triplets, please contact us for specifics.
• Reservation Fee: Starting Fall Quarter you can reserve a class for $100. This fee is non-refundable.

Refund Policy of the Redmond Toddler Group

If you withdraw early in the quarter, you might receive a full or partial refund. Not attending class does not make you eligible for a refund. A refund will occur only when you withdraw within the refund period by completing the Add/Drop form and Co-op Fee Refund form. Refunds cannot be arranged by telephone. Students will forfeit all claims to refund of tuition and fees if they fail to withdraw from a course of if they are suspended or terminated for misconduct. The refund check will be mailed to you. Refunds of less than $5 will not be mailed. Please allow up to six weeks for processing.

Refund Schedule

• Prior to the first day of class: 100%
• During the second week of class: 75%
• During the third week of class: 50%
• No refund given after the third week of class
• Refunds to those who paid quarterly or yearly will be given according to the refund schedule

Please ask your Parent Leader for the forms and processing information. Refund checks will be mailed within six weeks of receipt of their request.
